Sow: Spring, summer, autumn
Spacing: 20cm in final growing position
Site: Full Sun
Growing: Germination: 7-14 days at 21 degrees. Sow in cells or trays. Surface sow onto moist seed raising mix, light is recommended for germination. Keep seed raising mix moist during germination. Water from underneath until seeds have sprouted. Acclimatise before planting out.
Height: Approximately 70cm+
Harvesting: Harvest when flowers are mature to avoid wilt. Can be a perennial in warmer areas of NZ. Cut back at the end of season, it will also self-seed.
